Everybody LIES!!

"Everybody lies" , i got this quote from my favourite series, HOUSE. House always say that everybody lies even dead body and i believe it!!
Today a person lies to me. This is not the first time that i was lied but i still forgive him.
It started yesterday when i called him and asked him to come, he said he'll come but he didn't show up. i meet him today and ask whether where was he yesterday, he said he went home. I forgive. Then i ask him to stay again and he say yes h'll stay but he doesn't show up again. This time im not sure whether i should apologize him or not coz im a bit upset + bored. Why i have to wait for others.
This matter makes me think back to the time when i was in MEL. There was a friend who always break his word and Angeline was mad about this guy coz he upset me. At that time i clearly talked to him and complain and he understood till he hadn't done that to me again. Whenever he would be late, even a minute, he rang me. So, should i tell this guy the same as AUS one or not that i don't like when he says something and break his words or i should ignore him...haiz!! heart problem!!
